WoW!----how can we get lazier?
Just hung around the beach and pool all day. Dale went to aerobics, but other than that....

An even lazier day!!!
The weather predicted rain from 12-3 pm and big storms between 4-6. Around 1:00 there was a brief shower and that was it!! So another beautiful day in paradise.

Dale continues in water aerobics and I continue to try to walk the beach....which was less successful today after shopping yesterday.

Got up and spent most of the day in the sun...just can't beat it.

But then it even got long for me, so we decided to go out for supper.

We went to Carlos & Charley's and had a really good time.

While "in town", we even got most of our souvenirs

I never get tired of the beauty of the gardens around here. 

They are amazing.

Good morning, Mexico!

Day 3- 2/23/15

This was truly a lazy, lazy day. 
I tried to walk sunrise, but didn't get too far.

But this is the view for most of our day!

We just hung around the beach and took "baby" walks when my knees would let me.
And for those who have asked......nope, water exercise doesn't work either.

First full day---getting settled

First, of course, is having to listen to our concierge..ugh...the usual song and dance about membership.

Then off to Walmart....even that went smoothly and we got out in a reasonable time. 

On the way home, we noticed a bunch of tents being put up by the lagoon bike/walking trail. After unloading the groceries, we decided to check it out. It was like an Arts in the Park!!....very cool. I found some earrings I really wanted to get, but decided to wait. We wandered throughout it and then decided to come home and come back for supper.

We came back to the Villa and watched the Welcome Party......gets more boring every ear, but the beer and pop is free! We then later went back to the Arts Festival. I couldn't find my earrings again though we looked and looked. We wandered further to find the live entertainment. Who would've thunk we'd find classical ballet??

Take-off 2/21/15

Having a drink upon arrival!

Up way too early (for even me!)...2:45 a.m to be to the airport at 4:00~~
But all went well and smoothly, no problems, just as planned. That's almost scary!!

My knees didn't even hurt and I made it through the airports without incident....though a cart in Minneapolis stopped and asked if I needed a ride and a wheelchair guy in Cancun did the same..hmmmm.....
